How to place an order?

  2. Leave a request, choose a convenient way for us to contact you
  3. Our manager contacts you to clarify the order details (checking availability / quantity of goods)
  4. Payment for the goods
  5. Shipping on the day of payment, if paid before 16:00 (not on Saturdays and Sundays)

Delivery terms

The order is shipped on the day of payment if paid before 16:00 (not on Saturdays and Sundays); if the order is paid after 16:00, shipping takes place on the next business day.

Delivery methods

  • By "Nova Poshta" courier service to a branch
  • By "Ukrposhta" courier service to a branch

Delivery services are paid by the buyer according to the carrier's rates.

Payment methods

  • Full payment to a sole proprietor's account without VAT
  • Payment by card
  • Cash on delivery (after a prepayment of 150 UAH)

Delivery services charge a commission for money transfer services; the commission is paid by the buyer upon payment and receipt of the goods.

  • Nova Poshta's commission is 2% of the cash-on-delivery amount + 20 UAH
  • Ukrposhta's commission is 2% of the amount + 10 UAH
